I had very particular equipment needs so he worked with me and his management to find the perfect Sienna. They contacted Toyota and found a scheduled build that was the color and almost exact equipment I needed. I can’t recommend John Waters at Ourisman enough. After months of searching for the right truck and a whole weekend of "sales pitches" at other dealers, I was pretty much over it. When John approached us, I braced myself for the usual routine, but he totally surprised me. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and didn't waste a second. The process was so streamlined and professional that I was able to drive off in my new truck and still make it to my parents' house for a BBQ rib dinner. Fast, respectful, and effective—John is the man to see!

Came in to look at some Grand Highlanders today. Laura was helpful and friendly as she talked us through availability and pricing. Unfortunately we didn’t make a deal today, but I would go back and work with Laura anytime. Only knock on the experience I would provide is the AI agent “Madison” who never told me they were AI and left me a bit in limbo as I was asking for specific pricing details it was unable to answer and just put me in a loop of “we’ll get back to you”

Mr. Chin Up, was a wonderful salesman- I was lucky enough to have bought my first new car from him- a 2026 toyota corolla cross & he made the experience as easy as possible & got us the best interest rate & monthly payment- he fought for us. Our finance specialist was equally as wonderful & personable. We felt like family. Go to toyota of richmond- most dealerships will waste your time & don’t understand the word no. Laura (sales) and Nicole (financing) were amazing. Hands down Laura was extremely helpful with helping me find my first car to purchase. She explained the entire process well, never pushy, and helped decide, after listening to my wishes, the correct car for me. I ran into a snag with financing of my own doing and Nicole helped figure out every possible scenario to get my car purchased. I cannot thank them enough and encourage others to find Laura to help find the car you want!!

As usual I have had a very good experience with the crew at Ourisman Toyota. We had trouble with a battery drain on our 07 Toyota 4-Runner and our favorite crew of Craig Simmons and Chad Traylor got to work trying to figure it out. Craig tried a number of things and with much persistence he figured out where the draw was coming from and they fixed it. Chad kept us informed throughout and we were so happy with everything.
