We are thrilled to shine our Employee Spotlight on Brittany Esteppe, a dedicated and passionate member of our team here at Ourisman Toyota of Richmond. Brittany has been a valuable asset to our dealership since March of this year, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a genuine love for helping people.
Originally from Finksburg, MD, Brittany moved to Richmond in April 2019 and has been thriving in the automotive industry since. As a Finance Manager, she excels in meeting new people and assisting them on one of the most exciting days of their lives: buying a new vehicle. Brittany takes great pride in helping our customers protect their assets, ensuring they are prepared for any future uncertainties. Her commitment to customer satisfaction and her ability to make people smile are truly rewarding aspects of her role.
Outside of work, Brittany enjoys a cozy home life with her three dogs and two cats. She loves spending time with her "fur babies" and has recently taken up cooking, despite initially finding it intimidating. Now, she delights in trying new recipes and achieving delicious results. Another new hobby she's embraced is crochet, and she's nearly finished her first blanket! Brittany finds joy in trying new things and accomplishing them, and her enthusiasm for learning and growing is inspiring to us all.
