Meet Henri Mayes, one of the newest additions to our Rental Car Department at Ourisman Toyota of Richmond! Originally from Colorado Springs, Henri moved to Richmond in 2019 and quickly fell in love with the city’s charm and community.
Though new to the automotive industry, Henri has long been familiar with the Ourisman name—her family and friends are loyal Toyota fans, making the dealership feel like a second home. When it came time to find an employer to support her through college, joining Ourisman was an easy decision.
Henri thrives on connecting with customers and hearing about their upcoming travels. She values the supportive and welcoming atmosphere at Ourisman and is excited to grow within the company. Her goal is to bring dependability and great energy to every customer interaction.
Outside of work, Henri enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially her beloved puppy, who’s always up for playtime and people-watching. She plays competitive volleyball three nights a week and is also currently pursuing education in real estate. A passionate traveler, Henri visited five countries just last year!
Her favorite quote, from The Good Place, sums up her approach to life: “What matters isn’t if people are good or bad. What matters is, if they’re trying to be better today than they were yesterday.”
