Last Thursday, Ourisman Toyota of Richmond joined Lakeside Elementary for their annual back-to-school event, bringing smiles, school spirit, and much-needed supplies to students in our community.
As part of Toyota’s Big Summer Giveback Program in partnership with the Kids In Need Foundation (KINF), our team proudly distributed 400 backpacks filled with brand new school supplies to students at Lakeside Elementary. With more than two out of three students in KINF-supported schools across the nation starting the year without essential supplies, this effort plays an important role in promoting equity in education and ensuring every child has the tools they need to succeed.
At Ourisman Toyota of Richmond, we believe in supporting the families and communities who support us. Beyond handing out backpacks, our team was honored to connect with students and parents, helping make the start of the school year a little brighter. We are proud to play a part in this mission and look forward to continuing our commitment to education and community support.
