We’re proud to announce the promotion of Louise Albis to Fixed Operations Director, a well-deserved achievement marking a remarkable 15 year journey of dedication, leadership, and growth.

Louise joined our team 15 years ago and has made an incredible impact every step of the way. Her career here has been a true success story, starting as a BDC Coordinator, growing into BDC Assistant Manager, then BDC Manager, and continuing through several key roles including Warranty Administrator, Service Administration Manager, and Service Manager.

Meet Ethan Bonda, one of our dedicated Sales & Leasing Consultants here at Ourisman Toyota of Richmond!

Ethan is a Richmond native, having grown up in the Short Pump area and spending nearly his whole life here, aside from a short time away while attending Christopher Newport University. He began his automotive career in early 2024 and joined our team a few months later in July 2024. Since then, he’s been helping customers find the perfect vehicles.

On Friday, September 19th, some of our staff had the privilege of joining the Paralyzed Veterans of America Mid-Atlantic (PVA) members at Bowl America Short Pump to kick off the weekend’s tournament festivities. As a proud sponsor of the 9th Annual PVA Mid-Atlantic Invitational Bowling Tournament, it was a special opportunity to connect with the veterans and the community in a more relaxed, fun setting.

In partnership with Richmond United, we are proud to announce the awarding of two $1,250 scholarships to deserving youth soccer players, Emma Sicat and Chanan Wijesooriya. These scholarships recognize their exceptional dedication to the sport, demonstrated leadership not only on the field but in their community as well, and ambitious desire to "go places" in their soccer careers, academic pursuits, and personal growth.
