We’re proud to congratulate our General Sales Manager, Josh Armentrout, on his recent graduation from the prestigious National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) Academy!
The NADA Academy, prepares dealership leaders to drive success through advanced education in financial management, operations, leadership, and strategic growth. Throughout the program, participants learn to analyze dealership performance, streamline operations, and maximize performance across every department. Josh’s completion of this program represents both a personal accomplishment and a great step forward for our entire team.
Josh’s journey with our organization spans 18 years, beginning in Sales and progressing through key leadership roles including Finance Manager, Finance Director, Sales Manager, and Used Car Director before earning his current position as General Sales Manager. Throughout his career, he’s demonstrated an unmatched passion for people, performance, and continuous improvement.
After attending VCU, Josh discovered early on that he wasn’t cut out for a typical desk job. His love for cars and people led him to the automotive industry, where he quickly found his calling. “Once I got into the business, I fell in love with it and have enjoyed it ever since,” he shared. That same enthusiasm continues to drive his leadership every day.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, staying grounded in what matters most while inspiring balance and dedication within his team.
