Meet Ethan Bonda, one of our dedicated Sales & Leasing Consultants here at Ourisman Toyota of Richmond!
Ethan is a Richmond native, having grown up in the Short Pump area and spending nearly his whole life here, aside from a short time away while attending Christopher Newport University. He began his automotive career in early 2024 and joined our team a few months later in July 2024. Since then, he’s been helping customers find the perfect vehicles.
Outside of work, Ethan enjoys spending time with his wife, dogs, brother, and close friends. You can often find him watching UFC with his brother and friends, playing video games, or staying active with basketball or long walks.
When it comes to his role, Ethan’s favorite part is educating customers on new cars, features, and technologies, showing how these advancements can make life easier and more enjoyable. His ultimate goal is simple but powerful, hearing a customer say they love and are truly happy with the vehicle they’ve chosen. For Ethan, seeing that excitement and satisfaction is priceless.
Ethan also lives by a mindset that guides him both professionally and personally: don’t dwell on things outside of your control. Instead, he focuses on what can be influenced and improved, believing that this approach leads to greater happiness and productivity.
