We’re proud to announce the promotion of Louise Albis to Fixed Operations Director, a well-deserved achievement marking a remarkable 15 year journey of dedication, leadership, and growth.
Louise joined our team 15 years ago and has made an incredible impact every step of the way. Her career here has been a true success story, starting as a BDC Coordinator, growing into BDC Assistant Manager, then BDC Manager, and continuing through several key roles including Warranty Administrator, Service Administration Manager, and Service Manager. Now, as our new Fixed Operations Director, she’ll oversee our service departments, ensuring every customer and their vehicle receives the top quality care they deserve.
Louise’s love for cars began at an early age, inspired by her father and grandfather, both of whom shared their passion for all things automotive. That family influence ignited a lifelong interest that would eventually grow into a successful career in the automotive industry.
Her passion led her to study Automotive Technology at Hermitage Technical Center, where she built a strong foundation in vehicle systems and repair. She later earned her Associate’s Degree from the Advanced Technology Institute in Norfolk, further strengthening her technical expertise and leadership skills.
Throughout her career, Louise has been known for her strong leadership, deep service knowledge, and unwavering commitment to our guests and employees alike. Her expertise, communication skills, and passion for continuous improvement have helped shape our service operations into what they are today.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Louise is fluent in American Sign Language (ASL), allowing her to connect with an even wider range of customers and team members. Her ability to foster clear, inclusive communication makes her an invaluable part of our dealership family.
